Instructions for Submitting Training Documentation & Fee Payments
Chapter 14 of NLCC Rules and Regulations - minimum standards required to qualify as a certified training program
CURRENTLY THE STATE OF NEBRASKA DOES NOT REQUIRE MANDATORY ALCOHOL SERVER TRAINING
Training may be required by the Commission's Licensing Division or the Nebraska State Patrol as part of the licensing process or training may be ordered by the Commission as a result of a violation or condition of approval of the applicant. Some local governing bodies do have training requirements, contact your local City or County Clerk's office for specific information in your area.
Anyone who has completed an approved training course and wishes to be or is required to be certified, send the approved training document with a $10.00 processing fee to our office, if paying by check, please make check payable to Nebraska Liquor Control Commission or NLCC.
You may also submit your approved training document electronically by faxing it to (402) 471-2814 attention Dave or emailing it to Dave at firstname.lastname@example.org, payment can then be made by clicking back to the home page and following the links through payport.
